Paramax advised Sierra Machinery, Inc. on the sale of its stock to Gemini Investors. Located in Reno, Nevada Sierra Machinery is a leading manufacturer of branded skiving and roller burnishing machines and related proprietary tooling. Sierra’s customer base includes Fortune 500 companies and other manufacturers across a variety of industry end markets, including construction, forestry, waste management, mining, material handling, industrial, agricultural, manufacturing, transportation, oil, and marine industries. Paramax served as the exclusive M&A advisor to Sierra Machinery, Inc. on this transaction.

The buyer, Gemini Investors, is a private equity firm specializing in management buyouts, shareholder liquidity, acquisition financing, recapitalizations, mezzanine, SBIC, and growth capital transactions in smaller lower middle market and later stage companies. The firm seeks to invest in established companies based in the United States. Gemini Investors was founded in 1993 and is based in Wellesley, Massachusetts with additional offices at San Antonio, Texas and Minneapolis, Minnesota.
