David Jorgenson has over 15 years experience in operating roles with entrepreneurial companies as well as acting as financial advisor to growing enterprises. Prior to joining Paramax, David was a Director in the Investment Banking practice at Robert W. Baird in Chicago. He has significant experience working with a broad range of enterprises to achieve strategic and valuation goals. While at Baird, he advised private and publicly traded clients in both sell-side and buy-side M&A engagements, capital raising transactions, valuation and shareholder relations issues, capital structure alternatives and corporate finance strategy.

David holds a Bachelor of Arts in History and a Masters in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance. He is a registered Investment Banking Representative and holds FINRA Series 7, 63, and 79 licenses.
