Steve Hadala is focused on all phases of Sell-side, Acquisition, Valuation, and Consulting projects. Since joining Paramax in 2005, Steve has closed over 15 deals with an aggregate transaction value of over $1 billion, spanning several industries including: aerospace and defense, food, printing, manufacturing, distribution, and business services.

Steve holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and English, a Masters in Business Administration with concentrations in Corporate Finance and Marketing, and a Juris Doctorate with concentrations in Finance Transactions and Economic Development.  He has also completed an International Business Transactions Program in Italy.  He is a registered Investment Banking Representative and holds FINRA Series 7, 63, and 79 licenses.
