Paramax Corporation is pleased to announce the promotion of Andrew Scarcello to Vice President. Andrew started with the firm in 2016 as an Associate and, in his time with Paramax, has worked on over 40 projects in a variety of industries, including: Software as a Service (SaaS), Industrials, Manufacturing, Distribution, and Business Services. He has worked with a variety of businesses including privately-held, publicly traded, and private equity organizations. Andrew specializes in sell-side processes for businesses with enterprise values ranging from $5 million to $400 million.
Andrew is a CPA (NY) and holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Masters in Business Administration in Accounting. He is a registered Investment Banking Representative and holds FINRA Series 62, 63, and 79 licenses. He is also an APICS Certified Production and Inventory Control Manager.
