West Hen-Automotive Group has acquired Autoplace Nissan and Autoplace Infiniti in Clarence, NY. Terms of the deal were not disclosed. The locations, which together have about 70 employees, will be rebranded under the West Herr name. Both of the Main Street facilities are expected to be renovated next year. Automotive News ranked West Hen-the No. 24 auto dealer group in the nation last year, based on its sales of new retail units. Paramax Corporation acted as exclusive financial advisor to Autoplace Nissan and Autoplace Infiniti in this transaction.
