Biel’s Information Technology Systems Corporation was acquired by lnstream, LLC in August 2016. Paramax Corporation served as the exclusive financial advisor to Biel’s on this transaction. The acquisition of Biel’s, a regional leader in document management services, allows lnstream, a national document management services group, to expand its market reach into the Northeast. The Company will continue to operate from its current location in West Seneca, New York.
