Paramax advised Thermal Kinetics Engineering, PLLC and Thermal Kinetics Systems, LLC (collectively “TK” or the “Company”) on the sale to RCM Technologies (USA), Inc. TK is a key technology and development partner who provides engineering services and equipment contracting for construction, industrial processes, and industrial processing facilities. Utilizing its extensive library of patents, trade secrets and knowhow, the Company engineers and builds optimal thermal integrations and unique separations approaches for industrial processes and equipment. Paramax served as the exclusive M&A advisor to TK on this transaction.
