The buyer, APi Group, Inc. (“APi”) (apigroupinc.com), which is publicly traded on the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE: APG), is a leading business services provider of safety, specialty, and industrial services, with over 200 locations worldwide. Founded in 1926, APi is comprised of a family of companies working together, offering a wide breadth of products and services that can fulfill nearly every phase of an industrial, safety, or specialty project. APi’s segmented operating model combines the personal attention of a small company with the strength of an industry leader. The acquisition of All State helps fill out the APi fire safety and security product line in the Northeast US region while also enhancing their already-established foundation of sprinkler and suppression products and services.
