  • 1993

    Paramax Corporation is founded based upon the needs of business owners for sophisticated, qualified M&A advisory services in the lower middle-market.

  • 2000

    Russell D’Alba, divests of his interests in a leading regional CPA firm, to focus exclusively on representing sellers in strategic sell-side transactions in the middle-market.

  • 2004

    Timothy Minneci, Managing Director, joins Paramax Corporation. Prior to coming to Paramax, he was President of the US subsidiary of Williams Holding PLC, a publicly-traded company headquartered in the UK. Additionally he engineered an industry concentrated, strategic roll-up on a global scale.

  • 2007

    Paramax Corporation achieves annual transaction closing values of $1 billion.

  • 2009

    Paramax Corporation augments its key industry relationships on a worldwide basis by becoming a member of Globalscope Partners Ltd., an international M&A network founded in London in 1987, currently with more than 500 professionals in over 40 countries.

  • 2014

    Paramax Corporation expands its geographic presence with the opening of a new office in Rochester, NY.

  • 2016

    Paramax Corporation’s Managing Director and President Russell D’Alba is appointed President of Globalscope Partners Ltd. for a 2-year term, strengthening its international reach in the middle-market.
