Josh Feine is a Senior Director at Paramax Corporation, bringing nearly 25 years of experience advising and operating growth-oriented businesses across a broad range of industries. He works closely with business owners, investors, and management teams to develop strategic positioning initiatives that drive enterprise value and support successful transactions. His expertise spans consumer products, construction and infrastructure, professional sports organizations, distribution, and manufacturing.

In addition to his client advisory work, Josh plays an active role in Paramax’s business development and marketing efforts, helping expand the firm’s relationships and market presence throughout the middle market.

Prior to joining Paramax, Josh co-founded Forma Capital and served as General Partner of The Cashmere Fund, where he focused on investment strategy, business growth, and value creation initiatives. He also held senior leadership positions at New Era Cap Company, where he managed a portfolio of more than 70 professional, collegiate, and corporate partnerships generating over $150 million in annual revenue. During his tenure, he led complex contract negotiations involving sponsorships, strategic partnerships, licensing agreements, and brand ambassador relationships across North America.

Earlier in his career, Josh served as Director of Corporate Partnerships & Sales for Pegula Sports and Entertainment and as Assistant Vice President and Commercial Relationship Manager at HSBC Bank, where he advised middle-market companies on financing and growth initiatives.

Beyond his professional responsibilities, Josh is deeply committed to community leadership and service throughout Western New York. He co-founded WNY Feeds the Frontlines and serves on the Board of Directors of the 716 Foundation. He is also actively involved with the 11 Day Power Play, supporting its mission to raise funds and awareness for cancer-related causes. In addition, Josh serves on the Finance Committee at the Country Club of Buffalo and dedicates his time to youth athletics as a coach in both Central Amherst Little League and the Amherst Girls Softball League.
