Pediatric and Adolescent Urgent Care of WNY is a specialized healthcare provider delivering high-quality urgent medical care for ill and injured children and adolescents. PAUC offers a family-friendly alternative to the emergency room, with diagnosis and treatment for a wide range of illnesses and injuries. Staffed by pediatricians, including board-certified physicians in Pediatrics or Pediatric Emergency Medicine, the practice also provides full-service X-ray and laboratory capabilities.
The buyer, UC Management Partners, LLC, is led by a management team with significant experience in the pediatric urgent care sector. Its principals are also partners in Urgent Care for Kids, a Texas-based pediatric urgent care provider with 22 locations across Houston, Dallas-Fort Worth, and Austin. With a focus on building a pediatric urgent care platform in the Northeast, the firm brings deep industry knowledge, proven operational experience, and a growth-oriented vision to the market.
