Maziuk and Company Inc. (“Maziuk”) (www.maziuk.com) is a premier supplier of electronic security products, mechanical and electronic door hardware, and a wide array of equipment and supplies that support the security industry. Founded in 1943 by the Maziuk family, the Company initially provided locksmithing services and, under the tutelage of the second generation, expanded to become a value-added, full-service security provider to a wide variety of industries that include government, healthcare and education facilities, as well as dealers and integrators focused in the security market. The Company represented a variety of manufacturers with a well-trained, technologically skilled staff, and sold its private label brand to a number of its customers.
The buyer is a Private Investment Group that will own and operate with plans to expand the current Maziuk business, leveraging its current reputation for quality and service.
