Paramax Corporation is pleased to announce the divestiture of Bureau Veritas’ (“BV”) (www.bureauveritas.com) Automotive EMC Testing Laboratory, located in Auburn Hills, Michigan, to Apex Test Labs (“Apex”) (www.apextestlabs.com).
Bureau Veritas is a world leader in laboratory testing, inspection, and certification services. The Auburn Hills Lab location concentrates on providing cutting-edge EMC testing and validation services for the next generation of connected and autonomous vehicles. Equipped with the latest EMC, RF, and regulatory compliance technologies, the lab supports OEMs, as well as Tier 1 and 2 suppliers, in accelerating product launches while meeting complex global standards.
The buyer, Apex Test Labs, specializes in electrical component testing and offers a variety of services to ensure performance and compliance with global standards.
