M&C Utilities is a premier regional provider of utility installation and maintenance services specializing in underground infrastructure solutions, primarily to the natural gas and telecommunications industries. Serving some of the top utility companies in its region, M&C has a strong reputation and is known throughout New York State for its commitment to quality, safety, and innovation.
The buyer, Five Star Energy Services, is a provider of energy installation and maintenance solutions for residential, commercial, and industrial clients. With a strong commitment to renewable energy sources, Five Star specializes in solar, wind, and energy-efficient systems designed to reduce environmental impact and lower energy costs. Its team of experts combines cutting-edge technology with industry expertise to deliver tailored solutions that meet the unique needs of each client. The acquisition of M&C will expand Five Star’s presence into the Northeast region. Five Star will work closely with the M&C team to ensure a smooth transition and maintain its exceptional customer service.
