TDH Refrigeration is a premier provider of commercial HVAC and refrigeration (“HVACR”) services to a variety of industries. TDH provides a complete offering of HVAC and refrigeration solutions ranging from design and installation to maintenance and repair, ensuring optimal performance and minimal downtime for clients. Founded in 1979, TDH is recognized as one of the leading regional brands known for exceptional service and deep industry expertise.
The buyer, Arcticom Group, is a leading provider of mission-critical mechanical services primarily focused on commercial refrigeration and HVAC systems. Through its network of HVACR companies, Arcticom provides a wide variety of commercial and industrial refrigeration and HVAC services, including: preventative maintenance, repair, installation, renovation, new systems engineering and design, energy optimization, and refrigerant management programs. The addition of TDH to the Arcticom Group expands Arcticom’s geographic presence in New York.The Arcticom Group is a portfolio company of Alvarez & Marsal Capital.
Paramax served as the exclusive M&A advisor to TDH Refrigeration. The TDH transaction was Paramax’s 4th transaction in the HVAC industry in the past 12 months.
