International Chimney Corporation (ICC) was acquired by Beroa Corp., a subsidiary of Global Dominion Access, S.A. headquartered in Spain, on November 17, 2016. Paramax Corporation through its wholly-owned subsidiary Paramax Securities, LLC, served as the exclusive financial advisor to ICC on this transaction. The acquisition of ICC, a leading North American service provider for industrial structures, allows Dominion, through Beroa Corp., to reinforce their range of services and solutions provided to the combined portfolios of industrial clients. ICC will continue to operate from its current location in Williamsville, New York.
