Paramax is pleased to announce the promotion of Nicholas Morreale to Director. Throughout his time at Paramax, Nicholas has become a key contributor to the success of the organization. With his technical experience and commitment to client service, Nicholas has become one of the leaders within the Paramax Process Team. Additionally, Nicholas is a common guest speaker at numerous local business events and forums, is a contributor to the firm’s business development activity, and is a core member of the firm’s employee recruitment team.
Nicholas joined Paramax in 2015 as a Senior Vice President and over the past five years has participated in more than 35 transactions that added to his previous body of work in public accounting. Nicholas has transaction experience in many industries including Manufacturing, Distribution, Software, Industrials, Health Services, and Business Services to name a few. Throughout his career, he has worked with a variety of clients including publicly traded companies, family-owned businesses, private equity groups, family offices, and entrepreneurs. Nicholas also provides Acquisition, Valuation, and Advisory services, with a focus on maximizing the value of his clients’ businesses.
Prior to joining Paramax, Nicholas worked at PricewaterhouseCoopers and a leading regional accounting firm, advising public and private companies on acquisitions, divestitures, quality of earnings, financial due diligence, assurance services, and business valuation.
Nicholas is a Registered Investment Banking Representative and holds FINRA Series 62, 63, 79, and Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) licenses. He is also a Certified Public Accountant in New York State, and holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Niagara University. Nicholas is a member of a Vistage Trusted Advisor Group, a member of the Board of Governors at Niagara Falls Country Club (where he is Treasurer), and a former member of the Board of Directors for both the Buffalo District Golf Association and the First Tee of Western New York.
