Paramax Corporation is pleased to announce the promotion of W. Stephen Hadala III to Director. Mr. Hadala joined the firm in 2005, and focuses his practice primarily on advising clients on the sale of middle market businesses valued at up to $500 million throughout the United States. Steve has completed over 60 transaction and is an expert in a variety of industries including: Aerospace & Defense, Distribution, Food, Industrials, Manufacturing, Printing & Packaging, and Business Services to name a few. Throughout his career he has worked with a variety of clients such as entrepreneurs, private equity groups, and publicly traded companies. Mr. Hadala also provides advisory services for Acquisition, Valuation, Generational Succession Planning, and Consulting projects.
Mr. Hadala holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and English from Hamilton College, a Masters in Business Administration with concentrations in Corporate Finance and Marketing, and a Juris Doctorate with concentrations in Finance Transactions and Economic Development. He is a registered Investment Banking Representative and holds FINRA Series 7, 63, and 79 licenses. Steve also participates in the University at Buffalo’s CEL program as a mentor/reactor, Trustee for several high net worth private trusts, Holimont Ski Club Board of Directors committee, Brookfield Country Club, and he is a Rescue Scuba Diver.
