Paramax Corporation is pleased to announce the addition of Adam Harris to its growing transaction team.
Adam has joined Paramax as an Associate and will be focused on sell-side and buy-side transaction activity as an integral part of the Paramax execution team.
Adam brings significant experience to Paramax having previously completed the acquisition and integration of a large inspection company, as well as project work associated with IPO readiness and capital raises. Adam’s skills in forecasting and profitability analysis, financial modeling and financial statements analysis allow him to quickly integrate into the needs of Paramax client projects. Adam has specialized experience with companies in the hypergrowth and emerging markets space, as well as industries that include professional sports and entertainment, travel and hospitality, healthcare and pharma, and casino/gaming.
Prior to joining Paramax, Adam worked at Deloitte & Touche LLP, where he provided audit and assurance services for public and large private companies and, most recently, ACV Auctions, where he focused on financial analysis and special projects.
In his free time, Adam enjoys golfing and home design / renovation, as well as playing music and songwriting.
Adam is a graduate of Canisius College where he received both an MBA and BS in Accounting. Additionally, he is a New York State Certified Public Accountant (CPA), and holds a Lean Six Sigma certification in continuous improvement.
