Paramax Corporation is pleased to announce the addition of Jesse DellaPenna to its Transaction Team.
Prior to joining Paramax, Jesse was an Equity Research Associate for Citigroup where he provided financial modeling, valuations, and preparation of investor reports across a number of sectors and publicly traded and private businesses. Most recently, Jesse worked as a Financial Analyst for M&T Bank’s consumer lending products group providing analysis and support to senior management for product line profitability, modeling and trending.
Jesse brings a strong technical skillset to Paramax with emphasis on financial analysis, valuation, and modeling. In addition, Jesse’s previous experience assessing potential M&A transactions, while formulating and defending opinions for investors and stakeholders, provides a seamless transition into Paramax’ transaction advisory services. Jesse will be part of the Transaction Team that is advising Paramax clients on M&A transactions throughout a variety of industries.
In his free time, Jesse enjoys golfing, traveling, most sports, and is an adventurous foodie.
Jesse is a graduate of St. Bonaventure University, where he received his MBA with a concentration in Finance. He also holds a BBA in Business Administration from the SUNY College of Technology at Alfred.
