Paramax Corporation is pleased to announce the addition of Tyler Trubish to its Transaction Team. Tyler will be advising Paramax clients on M&A transactions throughout a variety of industries.
Prior to joining Paramax, Tyler was an Investment Banking Associate at Aleutian Capital Group, where he sourced and managed a plethora of deals across various industries, including: software and technology, healthcare, consumer products, transportation and logistics, manufacturing, and business services. He provided financial analysis to sell-side and buy-side clients, and was involved in every phase of the M&A process. Before joining Aleutian, Tyler worked at Graystone Consulting, an institutional consulting business of Morgan Stanley. At Graystone, Tyler evaluated a variety of alternative investments as well as provided financial market analysis and portfolio strategy.
Tyler is a graduate of Boston University’s Questrom School of Business, where he earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with concentrations in Finance and Accounting. Tyler also holds FINRA SIE, Series 63, and Series 79 licenses.
In his free time, Tyler enjoys hockey, golf, tennis, skiing, traveling, and Buffalo sports.
