Paramax Corporation is pleased to announce the addition of Zachary McGee to the Paramax Transaction Team.
Prior to joining Paramax, Zac was a Valuation Analyst at Manulife Investment Management Private Equity and Credit Group located in Boston, Massachusetts where he provided analysis and support for equity co-investments as well as senior and junior credit facilities for clients throughout North America and Asia. Zac started his career at PricewaterhouseCoopers as an Assurance Associate and completed a short stint at Bain Capital as a Finance Associate.
Zac brings a wealth of experience and knowledge in private transaction support including complex financial modeling, investment returns analysis, distribution waterfalls and industry research.
In his free time, Zac enjoys snowboarding, golfing, and spending time with his family and friends.
Zac is a CPA and Level 1 CFA.
