Paramax is pleased to announce the promotion of Adam Harris to Senior Associate. Since joining Paramax as an Associate, Adam has become a key contributor in a number of completed transactions while playing critical roles as part of the Project Transaction Team.
Adam has specialized experience with companies in the hypergrowth and emerging markets space, as well as with industries that include manufacturing, distribution, packaging, professional sports and entertainment, travel and hospitality, healthcare and pharma, and casino/gaming.
Prior to joining the Paramax Transaction Team, Adam spent time at Deloitte, where he provided audit and assurance services for public and large private companies, and most recently at ACV Auctions, where he focused on financial analysis and special projects. Adam’s skills in forecasting and profitability analysis, financial modeling, and financial statements analysis allow him to quickly integrate into the needs of Paramax client projects.
Adam is a graduate of Canisius College where he received both an MBA and BS in Accounting. Additionally, he is a New York State Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and holds a Lean Six Sigma certification in continuous improvement.
In his free time, Adam enjoys spending time with his family, golfing, home design and renovation, as well as playing music and songwriting.
