Paramax is pleased to announce the promotion of Zachary McGee to Senior Associate. Since joining Paramax as an Associate, Zac has become an integral part of the transaction team, having participated in a number of completed deals across a range of different industries.
Prior to joining Paramax, Zac began his career at PricewaterhouseCoopers as an Assurance Associate and moved to Bain Capital as a Finance Associate performing analysis on their portfolio investments. Most recently Zac was a Valuation Analyst at Manulife Investment Management Private Equity and Credit Group located in Boston where he provided support for equity co-investments as well as senior and junior credit facilities for clients throughout North America and Asia.
Zac is a graduate of the University at Buffalo’s School of Management where he earned his Master of Science and Bachelor of Science degrees in Accounting. Additionally, he is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and holds FINRA Series 63, 79, and Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) licenses.
In his free time, Zac enjoys snowboarding, golfing, and spending time with his family and friends.
