Adam is a Vice President on Paramax’s transaction team and advises clients on all phases of divestiture, acquisition, valuation, and consulting projects, with specialized experience across a variety of industries, including automotive, distribution, construction and infrastructure services, manufacturing, printing and packaging, and other business services.

Prior to joining Paramax, Adam held positions at Deloitte, and most recently ACV Auctions, where he focused on financial analysis, financial reporting, and special projects, including multiple acquisitions and the Company’s IPO.
